| I LOVE these teacups! I acquired them long ago from Hallmark Cards as part of their Christmas Collection...They only made cups and a whistling teakettle... I bought "LOTS & LOTS" of cups, and 2 kettles... The little bird that perches here is a European Robin, Known for its pugnacious behavior despite its diminutive size...The color of the cup is the most refreshing mint green with creamy fresh snowflakes... the saucers I'm using are Syracuse Restaurant China(that came with the GWfind(you can read about them here @ http://conghailecottage.blogspot.com/2010/09/i-have-been-looking-for-particular.html ) ... I wasn't going to keep these saucers BUT, they match perfectly so they are staying at Conghaile Cottage... |

| I just put a pot of "Hot Chocolate" on... The aroma will entice my "Little Lady" to come in from the cold... She may bring her little feathered friend in if she likes... oh, so truly lovely is your post. The little rose spoon is so nice, this pattern has been produced in Hanau, but licensed and sold from WMF.
You are so talented to capture the spirit of your choosen themes. This black forest vignettes remind me a lot to that area. The snowy twigs, all the cones and the cute tablecloth are so nice attributions to the theme. The little Avon girl is so sweet and the robin cup is lovely, too. Doesn't look the crytal candle holder like pure ice?
